Pursuant to Article 45 (3) of The Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 Clonard Credit Union Ltd (CCU) hereby gives notice that a resolution appointing a new auditor in place of the retiring auditor shall be moved at the annual general meeting of Clonard Credit Union Ltd (CCU) which will take place on Tuesday 3rd December at 6pm in the Filor Building at Twin Spires Complex.
